Fluff PR's are just that..NO PR's are a whole different issue. If im not mistaken, this company hasnt sent out a PR since at least last december..July 19th would have been a good time to have sent one .Even a brief one atleast letting share holders know the SITUATION here would have gone a long way and those kind of PR's certainly ARENT fluff. This has always been the one thing i very much dislike about ASYI - i.e. Never a PR ... There is BAD in too many and BAD in rarely any PR's !!!! This company does the latter...That said, there was no dilution of any to speak of for BDS from Dec. 2011 through April 2012. However what is very posative is that very soon after the acknowledgement of the LOI with KOOL dilution comenced in earnest. This to me is a SIGN and was an immediate indicator that ASYI was serious with this R/M. Add borrowing tens of thousands of dollars to complete the 10k and 10Q (required to stay current and complete the R/M as well)...So i believe it will happen ! Ask yourself this as well - " Is there any reason to bash a stock that is Finished and going NO where ?" This stock can and has TAKEN OFF without any warning or indication it take OFF, and big time very,very soon. I might add that no bid stocks have done so before no matter what others have said recently that they dont...
