In my opinion, I think that is a yes and a no to such concept of thought. I say this because often, major investors are generally looking for something that is significantly undervalued based on how good its mid to long terms potential. ESPI provides just that.

Since ESPI is a fully reporting OTCBB stock which provides audited financials, then it will be already considered by some major investors for being transparent enough to obtain funding. I believe the upcoming contracts that have been hinted about from the previous PRs and filings will place ESPI into some very high considerations for major investors.

There are yet still another group of major investors that will only support a stock that within a major market only. I think ESPI will achieve such goal of doing so. Mark this post to come back to read next year this time as I believe that ESPI would have conquered the OTCBB realm to graduate up to trading on one of the major markets (AMEX, NYSE, NASDAQ, etc.) by this time next year.
