Explanation of Responses:
( 1) On July 19, 2012, Gregory Lykiardopoulos, the Chairman, CEO, and President of Triton Distribution Systems, Inc., transferred 10,000,000 shares of common stock of Privileged World Travel Club, Inc., to Triton. That same day, Triton agreed to the cancellation of 1,875,000 of the shares. Mr. Lykiardopoulos is also an officer and director of Privileged World Travel Club, Inc.
