they dont need the share price to increase for diddly squat.. that is wishful thinking.. all they need to do is issue more shares up to the 3,500,000,000 as stipulated on that financial and allot 4.2% to that particular company.

dilution is definitely on the way.. may not be open market dilution but he O/S is slowly creeping up to the 2.5B level.. and then they'll authorize even more shares..
