TVLY Views from the parallel universe

As many people know me as a gold and silver bug I do dabble into oil rarely and TVLY conditions right now was just too good to pass up.
I have been watching TVLY for a long time. The slide has been horrible I admit and feel your pain.
But as you can see their are many segments of this company ready for opportunity to knock.
Many things can still happen and probably will.
Any sale or MA of their assets would raise sufficient funds for a serious restructure event.
Many mining companies in Alaska are frothing at the mouth to take over rich minerals assets.
Two mineral assets there. Sale,MA or strategic partnerships opportunities could knock any day
TVOG has good prospects, history and opportunities There a good take over target in general
Oil and natural gas target properties located in California, primarily at Pleasant Valley near Oxnard, California, and at the Claflin property located within the Edison Field near Bakersfield, California. knocking
TVOG also has interests in gas fields in the Sacramento Valley of northern California with history there too.knocking
TVOG and OPUS although I think their restructuring agreement is on hold but still opportunity can knock there.
Brea lease which will be developed after Claflin development is completed. They have a 100% working interest and an 82.33% net revenue interest in the Brea property. Another knock
Plus all the stuff there involved in now like SAGD pilot will demonstrate the potential for higher production rates and higher recovery of original oil in place using SAGD technology. CSS cycles on seven horizontal wells on the Hunsucker lease and the list even goes on knocking.
Like I said their is a lot of this company has going for it but now Faith and Patience is a must IMO.
I'm a new investor. I believe in things that are not seen it's called faith. I can Win with that faith . Their are others that cannot win because they are dead inside and they make everything dead around them. I choose to Win and see the opportunity knocking all over the place.
