i'm not sure yet i just woke up my good man.. went to bed at 1pm.... not sure if I missed something...

If you are referring to r/s from these levels and not merge into another company then I would have to say you are on it bud..

I was thinking about this conversation yesterday...

and realized there is also the possibility they are entertaining doing a r/s OR being acquired.. just weighing there options..

I mean if you do a r/s and you get x amount of shares for the same price then you can grow then that would be good... if you are sure you can do it..

or

if you have a buyout proposal(which we are all sure that they have had.. speculation nonetheless) the buyout will be x price for y shares..

who knows.. the consultant could be just that.... the guy they seek for advice on which road to take..
