There will be no bankruptcy, we still have cash flows. As for share transfers, I can't explain those, there has been no answers given to clear the air on this issue. However this was not the fault of the company, this was the actions of individuals. If any complaints need to be lodged, they need to be lodged against the individuals, not the company. As for the relationship between us and Clean Energy Pathways, they are a marketing firm that will be distributing our products. We do have a contract, they cannot bypass us. We also own the trademark to this name. All of the money that they have put into marketing of this Bio-Clean will be wasted if they try to bypass us. It was ridiculous that CEE put out the recruitment ads before the company PR'd our relationship, but what's done is done. It seems like management has too many other things going on to be concerned with company. These issues should be dealt with shortly and the outcome be known to us all.
