The company signed the definitive agreement for the acquisition of a grid connected and operating 9 Mwt Solar Power Plant generating revenues out of electricity sales within a 20years power purchase agreement with the Italian electricity authority.The current Revenues from the project based on the electricity bills is average 3.0 million euro per annum.
? This agreement is part of a 27MWT portfolio owned by UNIPOL bank in Italy.
? The project is financed by an Italian Bank providing long term debt of 80% from the project equity.
