Here a little info for ya, another did real well with another stock that to octqx, here a copy of his post, a partial!

went through this same thing with YIP$ and I kept buying and buying and averaged in at .30 continously averaging down while mms played their games and shorters did theirs. Then YIP$ went to the OTCQX and I was able to unload my shares at 1.50 even though it kept going all the way up to $2.40

Same thing will happen to ICPA, only better! Best to buy all you can and hold for ICPA upgrade to higher exchange called octqx expected in the next month! Remember nasdaq is goal by christmas of 2013!!!!!! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
