Things are different this time, I wish I could elaborate more, I assure you this time things are quite different.

Let's just look at what we do know. The ATM is slowed because they are getting a loan of $20/$30M. Why would they get a loan without knowing where they are getting the funds to pay it? Unless of course they already know.

Insiders cant buy right now, that too is a sign.

Good things are brewing.
