People keep talking about maybe, hoping, averaging down, etc. I have been asking for a year for someone to give me a scenario of what could happen to raise the PPS. We know they are not going to sell any products. We know Nunchi is a smokescreen. We know what happens when they litigate. When they settle, it is not for sufficient amounts to raise the PPS and there is no reason to think revenues will be ongoing. Now they can't settle because of the markman, and they seem to be permanently screwed because of the RAM issue.
Who are they going to sue for 737 infringement and for how much?
What business plan could possibly generate ongoing revenues sufficient to raise the PPS? I keep asking, no one can answer, but people keep buying. Makes no sense to me.
