Wonder why Fredenburg really left?

McPheeters' predecessor, Wes Fredenburg, served as Xata's general counsel for four years and left the company June 1. "Wes left Xata on excellent terms after he was presented with an opportunity he couldn't pass up in an area he is extremely passionate about: international markets," Coughlan says. Isn't XATA into international markets?

Why did their General Counsel depart to do elsewhere what he could have been doing for XATA?

"I'm just guessing," but could be due to his being fed up with screwing XATA non voting, no dividend common stockholders.
