You said everything I've been saying for months, but you're actually there experiencing the lack of honor Goldberg and MEXP seem to exhibit, firsthand. I'm sorry to hear they treated you and your co-workers so poorly, and I fear the worst for you in getting paid back. MEXP obviously has bill paying issues considering they currently have TWO LAWSUITS against them.

I too listened to the Goldberg "interview"/ paid promotion, and I too counted a minimum of SIX UNTRUTHS. We were NOT moments from diving, our Float was NOT under 100 million, Goldberg had NOT been MEXP CEO for 18 months, he IS diluting, debt IS considerable, we are NOT cash flow positive, etc etc etc. I don't think he knows the difference between accurate and nonsense. Probably no better than he does between a Spanish galleon wreck and a fairy boat. lol

I appeciate your post as it clarified a few things for me. Thanks again, penny, and best of luck.

I know nothing about the stock market, so I don't know where these stockholders are going with the water maker expectations. If its real, I hope it works out for all of you. As to treasure hunting, with Webber and all of us gone, its all a big joke. I had listened to the Goldberg interview and can tell you most of it was a bunch of outright lies and mis-statements. They have no valid contract with the government. If they do, ask him to post it so all investors can see. They have a ship that, according to shipyard specialists in aluminum, if the zincs have not been changed in over a year the bottom is in danger of opening up. I was there. We dove and examined the zincs before we left the marina over a year ago. Our lien against the ship is still in effect. As to back salary owed, "honest Abe" Goldberg met with all of us on the ship and gave a speech as to how we would all be paid and he would add interest to the debts. We were abandoned in Puerto Plata, never given an I.O.U or any written apology. Goldberg doesn't know the difference between a Spanish galleon wreck and a fairy boat. Forget the treasure hunting and very good luck with the water machines.
