May I infer that you know NOTHING about RSMI, that you have never performed any deep due diligence on RSMI, and you have no interest in discovering or divulging what the "PL" designation may be because it has nothing to do with playing lotto.

No wonder this once-great country is going down the gurgler; fewer folks are willing to work hard, nobody cares, nobody is watching. The watchdogs are asleep and nobody does any research or thinking. We have become an obese, lazy, slacker neighborhood playing the lotto. All IMHO.
