Everybody is entitled to their own opinion; it is still a free country.

Likewise, everybody is at liberty to throw their money on any gambling table and go for a ride.

That RSMI is a corpse, and has been out of business for nearly four (4) years is immaterial when manipulators are willing to attempt to resurrect the dead, to turn a corpse into a zombie and make some bux.

But the query that I posed is a technical one. Can you shed any light on the designation "PL" which accompanies RSMI on the financial designation charts? Thanks for your input. All IMHO.
