At this point it's not really a FACT. It is a belief that the conpany has been doing a lot of things over the last yr, but based on what the company has released so far we could actually see a repeat of last December when SNEY claimed they were going to get current, and release pr's, etc.
I would wager one could go back to last December, or Febuary (when we were again supposed to get current) and see almost as much enthusism from the same voices claiming the same things.
Though I think when SNEY can finally produce the paperwork to get current and release some pr's that we will be happily suprised, I am still a little doubtful that SNEY will come through before Q2 is due. They just don't have a track record of beinging able to come through on the paperwork.
Heck we still don't know what is going on with the warrents that were due 4 days ago, just saying.
