Fidelity Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company provides a range of banking services through its wholly owned banking subsidiary, Fidelity Bank, PaSB (the Bank). The Bank is a Pennsylvania state-chartered stock savings bank. The Bank is a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) of Pittsburgh. As of September 30, 2011, the Bank conducted business from 13 full service offices located in Allegheny and Butler counties, two of the five Pennsylvania counties, which consists of the metropolitan and suburban areas of greater Pittsburgh. The Bank’s wholly owned subsidiary, FBIC, Inc., was formed to hold and manage the Bank’s fixed-rate residential mortgage loan portfolio, which include engaging in mortgage securitization transactions.
