The PPS is falling due to dillution, and we are actually sitting a bit above the expected 22% dillution rate. (we are only down 17% at the moment).

The PPS is not falling because of "talk"... you are sadly mistaken.

I can read and comprehend the 8K just fine, and I don't like what I see - so much so that I dropped my 1million shares today at a small profit.
