Hey GotOptions?, I think I'm going to buy some property near a river & put it under a company name( to be decided later). Then going to incorporate & go public- probably Nevada or Delaware (pretty cheap and easy to do there)on the pink sheets. I'm thinking 500,000,000 outstanding shares. Yep and my mission statement will be "Many years ago a gold nugget washed up on the riverbed. Our company's mission is to continue to identify, locate, and explore that region. Along the way we will aquire certain properties that we believe can add value to our company and shareholders". HA! not really going to do that, but there are hundreds of those stock scams out there.
