I think this is a great move, especially to separate the two (T3 vs. R3)


immediately assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of R3 Motion, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of T3 Motion, Inc., that will focus on launching the R3 Motion consumer vehicle
