My personal opinion Crow, the safer play for the past 2 years is shorting stocks, in a recession now how many companies out there realisticly are going to put out major gains or constantly have consistent good news, shorting these puppies is where the money lies. Heck you can find 3 or 4 a day easily to short without hardly looking...
