I am sure they will. The best time to add is during quiet periods. There has been ZERO pump by the company, little to no dilution. No toxic financing, and Phase 1 and 2 already paid. Warrants are set at .10 and .15 for future phases.

They are not inventing anything, no FDA approval needed. You add while they are in the process of executing each phase and are rewarded when production begins.
