Here's my 2 cents worth.
It is great that the deal finally closed, however, closing the deal is a far cry from producing revenue. I think for the stock to move upwards, Avix now has to prove that the aquisition was a good one by producing revenue. The way it is right now it is still only a shell company. Make it an operating company, preferably a profitable one, and make it a reporting issuer and you should see some positive movement.
