Hence, all from 2006-2008, and never affecting CBIS (started in 2009)...

On October 6, 2008, in the face of further oil price declines and general economic conditions, the Company and South Beach entered into an Accord and Satisfaction Agreement under which the Company surrendered its interest in the Putnam “ M ” oil and gas lease in Throckmorton Co., Texas in exchange for a complete release on the Promissory Note and Line of Credit
