You have completely misinterpreted my intentions. I hope EVERYONE (you included) can get out at a good price. I am happy I sold most of my shares. My guess is the shares I sold at .0001 pre-split will be higher than the shares you will sell at the post-split price once you are finally able to sell them.

I have no intentions of trying to buy back in...EVER. I'm just trying to help folks understand what is going on here. A R/S is the kiss of death for an OTC company. I think you misunderstand the dynamics of a reverse split. You really need to call your broker and understand what's going on here.

The brokerage houses cannot sell your pre-split shares at this time. The brokerages must wait for the T/A to send the shares. And it's my understanding that the T/A must send the shares through DTC first before it ever makes it to the brokerages. And in the OTC world, the certificates are delivered by paper (snail mail) vs. the electronic process, so our pre-split shares could possibly be locked up for weeks.

I'd love nothing more than to sell my shares on the market right now. But I can't. And neither can you or anyone else. In the meantime, we all sit here giddy because the price is higher than the post-split price of .02. But as soon as all the pre-split shares start hitting the market, it'll be a race to see who can sell the fastest, and we'll be back in triple zeros very soon. That's how a R/S works. Happens every time.

The only saving grace could be if Janon drops a huge P/R the moment all the pre-split shares start hitting the market. For everyone's sake here, I hope that happens.
