The deal has been dead for quite some time now. Now we are waiting to see if Victory will put someone, anyone into the TEMN shell. Have a few hundred thousand shares at the .0002 level just in case it happens. This is the level that a minor blip can turn a nice little profit without much of a financial risk at all. Will wait and see. IMO
