stockhouse.com is an interesting site altho IMHO inferior to iHub. They do have a free Private Messaging system but it sucks compared to iHub's. All incoming & outgoing PMs get automatically deleted after one week plus they have a cuss filter in their PM system...lol. They do provide 15 min delayed quotes and offer real time quotes for a fee. They also have other pay services like "Pro" subscription or whatever. What I have found there is that TOS rules are not strictly enforced; that has been my experience & hyping & bashing are rampant as are personal attacks. No such thing as COBs and I don't think that multi aliases are discouraged. I also don't know if there are any non-stock related boards.
