There isn't any point in asking that question here. No one knows or for that matter appear to care as to why unidentifiable consultants are getting paid.

They just believe that it's all normal. I mean even the obvious neglect of shareholders to the deception in their PR's or the lack of clarity with filings is all perfectly acceptable.

Reminds me of the blind-eye mind-set regarding unregulated-packaging of CDO's (Collateralized debt obligations) and CDS's
(Credit default swap). If you don't understand it just act as if you do, by ignoring it or quess as to the why, and then when it all hits the fan you can begin turning over the stones and start to ask the questions...Amazing!
