I agree I am not saying that I think it would better to do what i outlined.. but if their acquiring partner requests it for whatever reason then it could be a possibility.. maybe they want them to do it to prove something.. who knows.. its just a thought..

the 8k gave a 45 day time frame where if there is no r/s before that time.. then the contract changes.. maybe its just a "cover your ass" clause for whoever received the shares..
