No worries about the other post bud.. its no biggie..

but my thoughts with the r/s then r/m are only general thoughts.. that a company would rather acquire ......or whatever deal they barter... a company that is listed on a national big boy exchange with a cleaner share structure than a penny structure... not that it is a necessity for something to take place but perhaps just a request.....

would you rather acquire/merge with someone then clean up their share structure in the deal or have them do it first and then just have an easier transition ?
