Perhaps the term "reverse split" is being used incorrectly and it is really supposed to be "reverse merger" ..... ooooorrrrr they do the r/s greatly reduce the O/S, qualify and list to the NASDAQ Cap Market, then get acquired or R/M'd into another company.
