I dont think they will pull the LOI thing again either. The main reason i feel this way and why i feel this R/M WILL go through is because there was NO dilution/share exchange with BDS ! Mark that....Not long after announcing LOI with KOOL the dilution/share exchange commenced - theres the proof people.
