TVLY Production still listed on Gov. Site

Those are great questions, As a new investor I have been trying to gather as much recent DD I can get on Tri Valley.

I see they are able to list on the OTC and surly the SEC would not have not permitted that so the investigation may have been satisfied to some point IMO.

I also see they are still listing production on some of their wells. So in May they were still having income coming in. Information is very limited across all the waves I read, Mostly negative from ex disgruntled employees who have been laid off to long term investors who did not get out and lost a lot of money.

Why has the PPS not fallen below 2 or even sub penny? If it was a scam business or going to die. Because of that I opened a very small core position and a swing trade position. As of today it is very hard to get any below 2.5. I'M thinking with the next news PR that is close to being positive about the company the PPS will rise to 5 to 10 cents easy.
