VRNG - so merger is closed, price is above the NYSE requirement to uplist, so R/S is axed. This on the day GOOG reports and GOOG shares jump in A/H. VRNG is seeking damages against GOOG, AOL and others, but notice that the news about VRNG merger isn't reported on Yhoo, Google, Bloomberg, etc. Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmm

I'm perferctly comfortable with the speculation on VRNG, if they want to keep the news quiet that's fine for us, but what about folks jumping into GOOG A/H don't they deserve to know that a company suing them closed their merger?
