I have found that everything WAFR has told its investors has come to pass...

...except they promised a merger in Q2 and, based on the lack of required filings in NY and NV, APII (i.e., Corewafer Industries) and Core Wafer Systems do NOT appear to have merged, at least not in accordance with the Merger Agreement.

They haven't announced it either, which seems strange as surely that would make a good PR right now.
