Steuvin and all other investors here I called PGLC's Transfer Agent yesterday and was told they knew of the conversion of CRGC to PGLC and were waiting for PGLC's lawyers to finish their end of it and send it to them. But would not commit to a time line.Today I just spoke with PGLC's legal council , (who is also listed as a partner in PGLC) Harvey Kesner's office. I spoke with Tara Gurai, I hope I spelled her name correctly. Tara told me the S1 has been filed. She also said there are small details the SEC requested further attention of and this process has been going back and forth for a while now. The bottom line is the stock conversion is not ready yet but they are working hard and doing their best to get it done. so it will happen. She would not commit to a time line, just that again they will get it done as soon as possible. I also posted this on the PGLC Board. Steuvin I too bought more CRGC yesterday. Hope this helps a little to relieve the anxiety of some. Everything seems to be on track even if it's slower than we thought it would be.

.Here is a copy of Form S-1/A filed by Pershing on 7/13/12. This Amendment includes a Preliminary Prospectus and is, I presume, the next step in registering the 76,095,215 shares to be issued to crgc for the purchase of crgc's assets.
