If/when they close the financing, there will be PRs.

New law firm hired that does a lot of financings for businesses. Does this mean dealed basically closed or firm hired to help find a new deal?

The latter doesn't make much sense. I'm betting on the former with the latter leading to financial gain too IMO.

Recent quote from CEO Bob Kendall... "I've personally raised in my lifetime billions of dollars for public companies. Very few people in the world can honestly make that same statement."
