And it won't be news of the B.S. caliber either - real company-changing, profit-producing news that permanently raises the real value of the company IMO.

I'm personally looking for the company performance following the news that will take this company to a whole new level, not so much the pop from a PR itself. In fact, the financing news itself may not even launch the stock right away (though I'd be surprised) but the next couple of earnings reports following the news will do it.
