Oh, people are giving out television networks for free? I'll take two!

I agree with you 100% Quest - issuing shares to expand your footprint is the best thing a company can do with those shares. People can call it what they want. IC Places didn't have millions in the bank just waiting to buy something. That's why this is a partnership. A real win/win for both Steve and Joseph.
