I would assume the Eparent website needs to clean all the EPGL related items off, as they will no longer be connected with EPGL after the RS and other agreements are accomplished.
If one has the tools/skill to search the net, I would guess there is a .com registration with a provider somewhere being worked on. The name must be similar to EPGL now, I would think.
There also may be filings to the SEC in regards to the company changes. I don't know what forms to check for though or what names, etc. they might be under.
Just stuff to watch for, IMO.
