HOSS Utility Terrain Vehicle passes phases one and two of EPA
certification requirements

Who is the HLNT jv partner named below in their PR? Dong Feng Motors aint Dongfeng Motor Corporation.

FARMINGTON, Ark., July 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Highline Technical Innovations Inc. (OTC: HLNT)
announces progress with EPA certification of its HOSS UTV. HTI reported that its HOSS UTV is
required to meet or exceed four milestones before achieving final certification from the EPA.
The first milestone, for initial emissions test on the HOSS engine, was successfully met in
April 2012. The remaining three milestones are EPA emissions tests at 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000
kilometers individual runs. These tests are performed on a stationary Dynamometer. The
HOSS UTV successfully met or exceeded the 2,500 kilometer standard. The 5,000 kilometer phase
of the certification requirements has begun. The lab performing the EPA certification,
anticipates the testing will be completed by late September with final EPA certification
anticipated by the end of October."We are pleased with our progress," stated Chad Coats, CEO
of HTI. "We, along with our joint venture partner, Dong Feng Motors, have and will continue
to patiently wait for the issuance of the EPA certificate. It is a long and arduous process,
but absolutely necessary if we want the HOSS to be the success we believe it can be."

EPA testing is one of the highest and most stringent compilation of standards in the world.
Coats stated that both HTI and Dong Feng believe that with this EPA approval, not only will
the HOSS be available for sale in the United States, but approval will also add tremendous
value to international marketing efforts of the HOSS.
