I am going to presume that these systems are analog systems and will have to be converted to digital since Dan mentioned on the conference call a year ago that is how he can get a discount.

Adding that into Satview and upgrading them all to digital might give WENR a good footprint throughout that region. Of course, as we learned, even when the deal closes, it is not an overnight process.
