foam i did not suggest that its unethical or unusual or illegal for insiders to sale there shares. its illegal if a company issue intentionally misleading PR to hype the SP so the insiders can sale there shares at an inflated price(thats one of the reasons why the SEC investigate some Co).
I only said INSIDERS SOLD ALOT OF SHARES DURING THE SPIKE PERIOD. and i proved it to you

i did not said that you did not bought or sold more or less than the insiders. i said BOCX insiders SOLD ALOT OF SHARES DURING THAT SPIKE AND ITS A FACT.

foam you said "insider sold shares for that period to maintain regular operating costs"for the company.!!!!!
you must be an amateur investor b/c insiders sale shares to make money for THEMSELVES NOT TO "maintain regular operating costs" for there company.
