do i send a complaint or a summary along with some of the prs and halt info to my perspective reps , because in all honesty the info on some of these things might be difficult to articulate to someone.
i will do whatever is most informative and practical without being rude or disrespectful.
im proactive and on this one, i cant just sit back and watch the bigs play checkers with everyone!
