I believe in Holistic as well as traditionl medicine.

I take about 14 supplements 2 times per day.

The GNC guy told me in order for the Vitamins not to upset my stomach that I should freeze them before taking them.

This way [with my duodenal ulcers],they would take longer to dissolve and not upset my sensitive stomach.[it works very well].

Many people follow this guideline that have ulcers or that have Acid Reflux.

I just wish they would cut the[ulcers] damn things out, but Insurance just about prohibits any form of Stomach surgery since Prilosec hit the market.

I contracted Helio-co-bactor Pylori when I was 12 years old by eating raw pork.

Sick as a Dog for two weeks[flat on my back].
