For those that are still wondering about what 911 means...Many people believe that market makers (mm's) give certain codes to each other by placing small trades. Please see the link below. In this case, a small trade of 911 shares is supposed to mean that news is forthcoming on the stock in question. In my limited experience, I have never actually seen this to be the case. In other words, any retail trader that has some free trades can make these small trades to try and manipulate the stock. But just for reference here is information on market maker signals.
