I have no problem with mgmt selling shares. For some that is, after all, their only resource to a salary. And why not do it when it is most beneficial. We would do the same. However, you were talking about the SEC and their decision to do a trading halt. And I think the approval of FDA wording combined with what may have appeared to be a pump and dump campaign may have sent up a red flag to call the halt. They were looking out for the investor. Why we haven't been reinstated is beyond me.
