TO ALL POSTERS: There is major disagreeing regarding the OTC tiers. I hope that no matter what, we can keep it civil, as to not personally insult any posters.

I have a feeling that some of the "bashers" are aggravated simply because of some harsh words from the past. And maybe their negative sentiment is exaggerated only because some of Team ICPA was "over-the-top".

To any "bashers", I would like to apologize on behalf of Team ICPA for any personal attacks, unnecessary, or unprofessional rebuttals that surfaced online and in the public eyes.
