Trust me I know what information the filings say. What I was referring to as being insider info was the material information that you were saying you knew based on a phone coversation(s) you had exclusively with the CEO of this company.

If I am to believe your conversation then that is information that the other shareholders haven't been privileged to in any public documents. Where in the SEC filings does it say that Justin Bieber's relationship with OPMG is in jeopardy and he won't promote the product because the company is "broke"?

It doesn't say that anywhere in any documents or mention any specifics about preferred shareholders or accredited series shareholders not being paid for their converted certificates either.
