really? Low volume means less interest and a lower price,
or big block dumps. Seems the latest downturn
has delayed contracts in a lot of businesses,
not just here. If he said he may not do a pr,
even if he gets a contract, (like the last army contract
was not a real pr and that was 8 mos after he got it)
I am not holding my breath any longer. And I still question
the ceo's interest (or motives) in the shareholders, he could sell
out anytime as he has 100% voting control. GLTA
